Recruitment for Board of Directors of Open Secret.
Open Secret is an organisation which is Scotland wide. Our aim is to end the hurt caused by childhood sexual abuse. We are involved in providing life enhancing support services and to lead a societal campaign to end such pain.
As a Director you would ensure * the organisation is well mangaged * that Open Secret operates within the law meeting requirements of Regulatory bodies and current legislation on a variety of issues * that the work done adheres to the objectives in its governing documents * that Open Secret operates effectively utilising the resources and can demonstrate accountability * that you contributed to the effectiveness of the Board of Directors in decision making and overseeing policies and procedures, management and evaluating performance as necessary.
